Very unprofessional and unfortunately also very cheeky. The boss personally packed the wrong product and he reacted very unfriendly to the complaint. Immediately there was a discussion and no solution for the customer. NOT recommended to shop here !!!
A star just because you can't give zero. The service was really under all sow.
A very good range of snacks as well as sweet and savory baked goods. You are served quickly and friendly and it also tastes very good.
Who likes it!
The employee, which the morning shift has already given back too little money. Only when asking, he will spend the correct amount. This was the second time this week, slowly I do not believe in coincidence anymore.
It has happened to me for the second time that I find a shop without employees. After several minutes of waiting, then came a phone call from the back room to the fore, saw the waiting customers and went back into the room. I do not want to do that to a customer.
Good, but expensive. Directly in the main station is sent.
One hour and 10 minutes before closing, I was allowed to watch the staff about 1 minute cleaning .. on demand I was told with a bad look that would be closed .. on renewed demand with respect to the opening hours "I had just 3 minutes of patience to have" The seller determines when the customer gets his meal ???
Is it the best pizza ever? No. Is it a perfect little snack for cheap? Yeah. Do the employees treat you inpersonal and like you don't exist? Yes, completely. But the Ditsch still holds a special place in my heart...
Can I just confirm - unfriendly high ... It's 5pm and the store closes in 4 hours. The waitress only looks from the back a short time, gets comfortable at some point, reluctantly picks up the request, does not manage to say hello and say goodbye ... Well, he's right: he does not seem to have a good day, and You will not see me there again ... In this sense ...
Almost single place in Dresden, when you can buy bretzels by card
Maybe the employees should get a training on customer friendliness, because that is definitely not there! I have ordered 3 pretzels, all of which tasted very old, 1 times herbal dip, which I paid but did not get, 1 Pizza Hawai and that was a bit old. The ham was bone hard pizza was totally dry and tasted it has zero and last but not least he wanted to give me too little change. Definitely never again, because I could have put my money in other companies, where it tastes 1000 times better! Can anyone just definitely advise not to go there, unless he likes to eat!
I also have only had negative experiences, especially in the Ditsch department in Dresden Central Station next to the Lidl. Unfriendly staff, no hello, every handfriff too much. Has waned a lot, also from the quality in the last two years. Not a single German employee on board, unfortunately, some employees speak very incomprehensible German. You have to ask more often because you barely understand the whispered words. For pizza or lye bar you have to ask it warm. In the future I will avoid buying something. Some things taste soapy. Unfortunately, only 1 star and that is given with one eye squeezed
Have just been waiting at the Hbf Ditsch a beaten 1/4 hour until someone comes to the service. None. And that 15 o'clock. Keep up the unexplored things and now I have to start my journey hungry. Super.
Very rude welcome, the pizza thrown on the table ... luckily with packaging ... the pizza was cold and inedible ... without any farewell ... Otherwise better used by Ditsch ... too bad
The current staff is so unfriendly. No request, no thanks, no smile, the food is annoyed on the counter slapped. It comes to the feeling, with his order you only bother here. Will refrain in future from buying food here.
Everything great. Have often eaten here a piece of pizza to go. The service was always friendly and efficient. The pizza in the display is enough freshly heated and tastes (not like one of the Italian) of course ok.
I can only agree with the previous speakers. No customer friendliness + poor quality pizzas. The first time I thought the employee might be having a bad day. Can happen to anyone. But interaction has become standard (I was there at regular intervals). There is practically no communication. No hello, no please, no thanks, nothing at all. And last but not least, the pizza wasn't really ready. You can definitely better invest your money elsewhere.
Unfortunately the level of this branch has decreased a lot in the last 2 years !! In the past, you were asked if you wanted to eat, that is, if you wanted to be warmed up, today you have to say "please warmed up". In addition, the pizza etc. is then warmed up for a maximum of 5 seconds ... so you can save yourself. Unfortunately, the staff has become very, very unfriendly! I saw in the reviews that for the last 2 years there was mostly only one or two stars with bad comments. But that doesn't seem to interest anyone ..... a shame, that shouldn't be the claim of the Ditsch company as a whole !!!
No thanks. Feels at 2 out of 3 times, if you want to get something there on the way to the train, there isn't even staff behind the counter, not even after 2 minutes. That is not how it works; on a train station too. I recommend a gong on the counter.
Never again. The branch was obviously open, but the five minutes I waited and called there was no cooperation. Very disappointing if you want to eat quickly before the train leaves.
In this Ditsch I experience, compared to other stores almost never "fresh" pizzas but already a bit older, briefly warmed up. I don'k think that's so good.
